If you’re anything like us then having a nosey on Rightmove is right up your street! So when Estate agents Victoria Louise otherwise known as the The Property Twins commissioned us to produce a promo video with supporting photographs of course we said yes!
Therefore we introduce…Ashby House. A converted Victorian warehouse in Chelmsford City Centre offering apartments and penthouses that are framed by the high ceilings, critical windows and original exposed steel roof trusses.
Our team collaboratively managed this exciting project all the way from the planning stages through to final delivery. Creating a lifestyle driven concept which promotes the luxury of the modern apartments alongside the diversity of Chelmsford City, showcasing the wide range of offerings in the area including open green spaces and fantastic shopping and leisure facilities right on the potential buyers’ doorstep. We carried out our visual ideas by using a range of carefully planned shots, including aerial drone shots for that ultimate high-end feel.
In the post-production stage, we sourced an experienced voiceover artist to talk potential buyers through the features of the property and the city itself. We edited this project to the highest standard to give the promo a classy and polished feel, matching the luxury apartments and the Victoria Louise branding itself to make sure this video is cohesive with the entire Victoria Louise experience. Additionally, we colour graded this video to compliment this beautiful development and present it in its best light.
